Ingredients
Skinless Chicken Breasts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Sear in olive oil for 3-4 min per side
Oven cook 10-12 min until internal temp 165°F
Trim excess fat, slice chicken
Toss greens, onion, cilantro, jalapeño in large bowl
Whisk lime juice, olive oil, garlic, honey/maple syrup, salt/pepper for dressing
Pour dressing over salad and chicken
Chill 10-15 min to meld flavors before serving
