Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (use non-alcoholic vinegar-based version)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fine salt
Instructions
Dry chicken thighs thoroughly with paper towels
In a bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, and half the buffalo sauce
Season both sides of thighs with spice mixture
Let rest 10 minutes while air fryer preheats
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flip
Air fry 8 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F
Brush remaining buffalo sauce onto hot chicken
Flip and repeat coating for maximum flavor absorption
