Description

Juicy bone-in chicken thighs with crispy skin, seasoned with a garlic-salt rub and glazed with tangy buffalo sauce. Air-fried to perfection in under 30 minutes for a bold, keto-friendly dish.


Ingredients

4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (use non-alcoholic vinegar-based version)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fine salt


Instructions

Dry chicken thighs thoroughly with paper towels
In a bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, and half the buffalo sauce
Season both sides of thighs with spice mixture
Let rest 10 minutes while air fryer preheats
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flip
Air fry 8 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F
Brush remaining buffalo sauce onto hot chicken
Flip and repeat coating for maximum flavor absorption

Pat dry for crisper skin
Flip halfway for even browning
Glaze immediately after cooking for best absorption
