Description

A family-friendly, one-pot meal featuring tender chicken, al dente pasta, and rich alfredo sauce. Slow-cooked to perfection in 8 hours with minimal effort and zero hassle.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb rotini or fettuccine pasta
2 cups alfredo sauce (canned or homemade)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in slow cooker.
Cook chicken on low for 8 hours or until tender.
Boil pasta 3 minutes short of package instructions; drain.
In a bowl, combine hot pasta with alfredo sauce and stir until fully coated.
Add pasta mixture to cooked chicken and stir in parmesan cheese until melted.

Notes

Use full-fat alfredo sauce for optimal richness.
Shred cooked chicken for a casserole variation.
Reheat on stovetop over low heat to prevent sauce separation.
Avoid overcooking pasta in the slow cooker by boiling it al dente first.
