Description

A vibrant American dessert layered with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. Patriotic and elegant, this no-cook parfait is perfect for celebrations with its red, white, and blue color scheme.


Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled and chopped)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup granola (gluten-free or low-sugar optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)


Instructions

Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly
Chop strawberries into bite-sized pieces
Combine chopped strawberries and blueberries in a small bowl
Spoon 1/4 cup Greek yogurt into each of 4 serving cups
Top each cup with an even layer of the berry mixture
Spoon another 1/4 cup yogurt over the berries
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granola evenly over the yogurt
Repeat layers once if additional space in cups, finishing with granola on top
Optionally drizzle each parfait with a few drops of honey or maple syrup


Notes

For a dairy-free/halal version: use coconut or almond yogurt instead
Chill组装后的 parfait for at least 30 minutes before serving
Use thawed frozen berries (drain excess liquid)
Store assembled parfaits in an airtight container for up to 24 hours
