Ingredients
4 (6-ounce each) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 cups (200g) fresh spinach
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Heat skillet over medium-high with olive oil until golden
Add garlic, cook for 1 minute
Transfer to oven, bake 20-25 minutes
