Ingredients
Chicken Breast
2 skinless, boneless, 4-6 oz each
Olive Oil
2 tbsp
Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Sea Salt
1 tsp
Lemon Slices

Instructions
Pat dry chicken breasts with paper towels to remove excess moisture
Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt in a shallow dish
Pour olive oil over chicken breasts, then press into the seasoned mix
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3-5 minutes
Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 11 minutes without flipping
Let rest for 5 minutes on a wire rack before serving
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature (165°F) for doneness
Cook in batches if overcrowding the basket, which can reduce crispiness
For a Middle Eastern twist, add minced garlic and cumin to the seasoning
Brush olive oil after seasoning for better coating adhesion
