Ingredients
4 large chicken drumsticks (skin-on, fresh)
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup mustard (Dijon or yellow)
3 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Combine honey, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl
Place chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet, drizzle with glaze, and toss to coat evenly
Bake for 40 minutes, then baste with remaining glaze and bake 5 more minutes for caramelized finish
