Description

Smoky air-dried kielbasa bites glazed with honey and garlic, baked to golden perfection. A dietary-friendly take on Polish-American appetizers with no excess grease, featuring tangy non-alcoholic soy sauce and easy preparation for game days or parties.

Ingredients

Air-Dried Kielbasa (1 lb, 16 links; substitute with plant-based alternative)
Honey (1/3 cup; use liquid stevia for vegan)
Garlic (4 large cloves, minced or powder)
Non-Alcoholic Soy Sauce (1/4 cup, tamari-style)
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tbsp)
Black Pepper (1 tsp, freshly ground)

Instructions

Cut each kielbasa link crosswise into 1/2″ pieces.
In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper.
Add kielbasa to the glaze and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until caramelized.

Notes

Use 1/4″ parchment for even heat. Stir glaze every 3 minutes during baking. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Extra glaze keeps 5 days refrigerated. Use a meat thermometer (160°F). Avoid overcrowding the pan for optimal browning.
