Description

A refreshing, high-protein salad combining tender crab with creamy avocado, zesty lime, and crisp vegetables. Packed with flavor yet low in fat, this easy-to-make bowl is perfect for a guilt-free lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

Crab meat
2 medium avocados
1 medium cucumber
1/4 cup red onion
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup cilantro

Instructions

Cut avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl
Slice cucumber into thin half-moons and add
Finely dice red onion and stir in
Add crab meat and gently toss to combine
Combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a small bowl
Whisk dressing until smooth
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
Pour dressing over salad and mix gently
Top with chopped cilantro

Notes

Use imitation crab for a budget-friendly option
English cucumber reduces excess water
Mild red onion can be substituted with green onions
Garlic powder can replace fresh garlic (use 1/2 tsp)
Cilantro can be omitted or replaced with parsley
