Ingredients
4 (6 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fat trimmed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese, use vegan alternative if preferred
3 minced garlic cloves, substitute with 1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter, use vegan butter for dairy-free
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, swap with basil or oregano
1/4 cup wild rice almond blend, optional breading substitute
Instructions
