Description

A rich, healthy dish featuring tender salmon fillets glazed with a savory garlic butter mixture and finished with fresh lemon and parsley. Perfectly flaky and juicy, this restaurant-style recipe is easy to prepare for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon fillets skin side down
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Evenly spread the mixture over the top of each fillet
Drizzle 1 tablespoon lemon juice over the salmon
Bake for 20 minutes or until just cooked through
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Notes

Use skinless or skin-on salmon based on preference
For dairy-free option, substitute butter with olive oil or vegan butter
Sustainably sourced salmon recommended
Optional: Add cayenne pepper for a spicy twist
Lime or orange juice can replace lemon
Roasted garlic yields a milder flavor
