Ingredients
2 lbs chicken thighs (bone-in preferred)
1 tbsp Italian seasoning (rosemary, oregano, thyme)
4 cloves garlic (minced or fresh)

Instructions
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and cream to crockpot
Nest chicken thighs in liquid base
Set crockpot to low heat
Cook undisturbed for 6-8 hours
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
