Description

A rich, cheesy one-pot meal featuring tender chicken, garlic, Parmesan, and al dente pasta, slow-cooked to perfection in a crockpot. Its creamy sauce and comforting flavors make it an easy crowd-pleaser for weeknights or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb chicken breast (skinless, boneless)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb pasta (rotini or penne)
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt (to taste)
½ tsp pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Place chicken breast in a large mixing bowl
Add garlic, chicken broth, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir well
Secure the crockpot lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours
20 minutes before serving, add pasta to the crockpot and stir well
Cook uncovered until pasta is al dente and sauce thickens
Serve hot

Notes

Use high-quality Parmesan for best flavor
Milk can be substituted for heavy cream for a lighter version
Check pasta doneness during final 10 minutes to avoid overcooking
Completely free of pork, bacon, ham, and alcohol
