Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, cooled and shredded or cubed
1 cup grapes, halved seedless varieties
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place cooked chicken in a mixing bowl. Add diced celery and red onion. Toss gently to combine.
In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture. Fold in halved grapes. Refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
Transfer to a serving bowl or individual containers. Garnish with fresh herbs (optional) and serve chilled.
