Ingredients
2 medium chicken breast (pre-cooked)
4 large whole wheat wraps (gluten-free optional)
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (vegan optional)
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup fresh croutons (gluten-free optional)
4 oz frozen French fries
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Thaw pre-cooked chicken breast if frozen
Cut chicken into 1-inch strips (8 pieces total)
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Sauté chicken until heated through, 1-2 minutes per side
Pat dry with paper towels for crispness
Whisk Caesar dressing with 1 tbsp water to thin
Brush wraps with dressing, leaving 1-inch margins
Divide romaine, 1 tbsp croutons, and 1 tbsp chicken into each wrap
Add 1 tsp grated parmesan and 1 tsp dressing per wrap
Fold corners to tuck fillings, then roll tightly
Wrap each filled tortilla in parchment paper
Heat skillet to 350°F (175°C), cook 2-3 wraps for 2 minutes per side
Transfer to cooling rack to maintain crispiness
Reheat remaining wraps in batches
Prepare French fries according to package instructions or sauté sweet potatoes as alternative
Assemble wraps with sides (fries or salad with cherry tomatoes if using)
