Description

This quick and easy Chicken Caesar Wrap features juicy ground chicken topped with fresh romaine, zesty parmesan, and tangy Caesar dressing in a whole wheat wrap. A protein-packed dinner ready in 25 minutes, perfect for halal or non-alcoholic meals. Substitute with flour tortillas or vegan parmesan for dietary preferences.

Ground chicken 1 lb (93% lean for ideal juiciness)
Romaine lettuce 4 cups, chopped (substitute with chopped kale for extra crunch)
Whole wheat wraps 4 large (flour tortillas can be used as a substitute)
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup, grated (use vegan parmesan for a dairy-free option)
Homemade Caesar dressing 1/4 cup (ensure version without anchovies)
Olive oil 1 tbsp (avocado oil can be used for a higher smoke point)
Garlic seasoning 1 tsp (combine 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp onion powder)


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until glistening
Add ground chicken, breaking apart with a spatula
Cook until no pink remains (internal temperature: 165°F)
