Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
2. Pat the chicken breasts dry, then brush both sides with olive oil.
3. Season both sides evenly with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
4. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 7–8 minutes, then flip.
6. Continue cooking at 400 degrees for 5–8 minutes until the thickest part reaches 165 degrees.
7. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
