Ingredients
2 (6 oz) chicken breasts
8–10 halal bacon slices
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tbsp butter (salted)
Instructions
Tightly wrap halal bacon slices around each chicken breast
Tuck ½ tsp ranch seasoning into meat pockets
Place in 9×13-inch baking dish
Top with remaining ranch seasoning and ¾ cup cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F
Bake 25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F
Press remaining cheese on top halfway through baking
Let rest 10 minutes before serving

Bake on top rack for crispier bacon
