Ingredients
Cherry Tomatoes 1 pint
Fresh Mozzarella 12 oz (pre-cut balls or pearls)
Basil Leaves 1 cup (flat-leaf preferred)
Balsamic Glaze 2–3 tbsp
Extra Virgin Oil 1 tbsp
Salt To taste (Himalayan or sea salt ideal)
Instructions
Rinse cherry tomatoes and pat dry
Sort mozzarella to discard broken pieces
Rinse and drain basil leaves, shaking off moisture
Brush skewers with oil to prevent sticking (optional)
Alternate tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on skewers
Group 3–4 ingredients per skewer, alternating for balance
Tuck 1 basil leaf at the end as a garnish
Press skewers into tray for snug fit
Place skewers on a platter in a single layer
Drizzle balsamic glaze over each skewer
Dust with flaky sea salt before serving
