Ingredients
2 (4 oz each) chicken breast
2 large ripe avocados
4 cups red lettuce mix
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Sea salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Deseed and dice one avocado. Cube chicken, chop lettuce, and zest one lime.
Combine chicken with lime zest, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
In a nonstick skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat until golden and tender (5-7 minutes).
Mix diced avocado with remaining lime juice, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds.
Divide lettuce among 4 plates. Top each with chicken mixture, avocado mix, and a de-seeded avocado half.
