Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Place chicken on the baking sheet, top with marinara, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
