Ingredients
4 large chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 lemon (optional, for zesting/garnish)
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C)
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano
Pat chicken dry and rub spice mixture under skin and over flesh
Grill drumsticks skin-side down for 20 minutes
