Description

A one-skillet meal combining golden plant-based kielbasa and crispy potatoes, seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and sweet paprika for bold Italian-American flavors in under an hour.

Ingredients

Plant-Based Kielbasa, 12 oz (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
Yellow Potatoes, 2 lbs (cut into 1-1/2″ cubes)
Garlic Cloves, 4 (crushed)
Olive Oil (Extra Virgin), 2 tbsp
Rosemary, 1 tbsp (fresh or dried)
Paprika (Sweet), 1 tsp

Instructions

Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and paprika in a bowl
Toss potatoes with 2/3 of the seasoning mixture
Spread seasoned potatoes on a rimmed sheet pan and nestle in kielbasa
Bake at 425°F for 35 minutes, flipping halfway
Sprinkle remaining garlic mixture on top in last 5 minutes

Notes

Use a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup
Cut potatoes uniformly for even cooking
Maintain 1-inch spacing between ingredients during roasting
Avoid salting too early to prevent sogginess
Replace kielbasa with chicken FTC sausage for a lighter protein
