Ingredients

Scale

2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
2 large bananas, sliced into 1-inch rounds
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen thawed
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Wash and prepare fruits according to specifications
Whisk honey, lime juice, and cinnamon in a bowl
Alternate red-white-blue fruits on skewers in order
Brush glaze onto all kabob surfaces
Chill for 30 minutes before serving

Notes

Use frozen thawed strawberries if out of season
Lemon juice can substitute lime
Omit cinnamon for dietary restrictions
