Ingredients
3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1½ lbs), pounded ¼” thick
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
⅔ cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped herbs (thyme, parsley, or chives)
¼ cup olive oil
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Prepare 3 bowls for flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
3. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
4. Pan-fry 2–3 minutes per side over medium heat until golden and crisp.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Pound chicken evenly for tenderness.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
