Ingredients
4 cups squash (Acorn or Butternut), cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Parmesan (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice into 1/4-inch-thick wedges.
Place squash in a bowl; drizzle with olive oil. Add paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Arrange slices in the air fryer basket, leaving gaps between slices. Cook at 375°F for 10 minutes.
Shake the basket and cook an additional 5 minutes until golden and crunchy.
Notes
For a smokier flavor, use smoked paprika.
Ensure the squash slices aren’t overlapped for even cooking.
You can substitute olive oil with avocado oil for a higher smoke point.
Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
