Description

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

3. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F).
