Ingredients
Chicken breast (skinless) 4 oz (Halal or free-range preferred)
Flatbread (whole wheat or tortilla) 4 large (warm before wrapping)
Avocado 2 medium, sliced (or guacamole as alternate)
Egg-free yogurt sauce 1/2 cup (cilantro-lime or chipotle-based)
Lettuce 2 cups, shredded (omit for low-carb version)
Olive oil 2 tbsp (use MCT oil for keto adaptation)
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and cumin
Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high
Grill chicken 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Rest chicken 5 minutes, then slice into strips
Cover flatbread with lettuce, avocado slices, and grilled chicken
Drizzle 1 tbsp sauce over each wrap
Roll tightly, tucking in edges as you go
