Ingredients
4 (6 oz) chicken breasts
1 ½ cups long-grain rice
2 cups broccoli florets
½ cup grilled chicken sauce (non-alcoholic if store-bought)
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and brush both sides with olive oil
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Marinate for 15–30 minutes
Cook rice according to package instructions while grilling
Steam broccoli in microwave for 2 ½ minutes
