Ingredients
12 oz chicken thighs (skinless, bone-in)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and score the skin side
In a small bowl, mix garlic, Italian seasoning, and 1 tbsp olive oil
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Spread the garlic mixture on the chicken
Top each piece with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes
Rotate the tray and broil for 2-3 minutes to achieve a golden crust
