Ingredients
2 medium yellow squash (firm skin varieties)
2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions
Wash and cut squash lengthwise into ¼-inch thick slices. Pat dry with paper towels
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss squash slices until coated
Spread in air fryer basket in a single layer. Preheat to 375°F, then cook 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway
