Ingredients
2 lbs (900g) boneless chicken breasts
16 oz (450g) cream cheese
1 cup (240ml) buffalo sauce
8 oz (225g) shredded cheddar cheese
4 tbsp butter (optional)
Instructions
Boil or microwave chicken until cooked through. Shred after resting
In crockpot, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, butter, chicken, and cheddar
Cook on low for 3 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring halfway
Stir again to smooth texture; adjust seasoning if needed
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for optimal creaminess
Stir halfway through cooking
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
Reserve 1/2 cup cheese to sprinkle on top
Chill crockpot 15 minutes before cooking
