Description

A fresh, healthy salad combining tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a creamy mayo dressing. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for quick lunches or dinners and delivers balanced flavors with minimal effort.


Ingredients

2 cups rotisserie chicken or 2 boneless chicken breasts, shredded
1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

Remove skin from chicken; shred meat using two forks
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets; discard stems
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard
Add broccoli, chicken, and cheese to the bowl; toss until well coated
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld
