Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips (or thighs for extra flavor)
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
4 soft tortillas (wheat or whole grain for healthier option)
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness and season with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken in oil until golden and cooked through (4-5 minutes per side)
