Description

This portable Chicken Caesar Wrap combines classic Caesar salad elements with a convenient tortilla wrap. Crisp grilled chicken, romaine, cherry tomatoes, and croutons are tossed in tangy dressing and folded into warm flour tortillas for a handheld meal with smoky, creamy, and fresh flavors.


Ingredients

2 cups (280g) cooked chicken, chopped
3 cups (135g) romaine lettuce, chopped
2/3 cup (100g) cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup (22g) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 cup (30g) croutons
1/2 cup (120mL) Caesar salad dressing (anchovy-free)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
5 large flour tortillas


Instructions

Combine cooked chicken, chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan, and croutons in a large mixing bowl
Pour Caesar salad dressing over the mixture. Season liberally with freshly ground black pepper
Mix ingredients thoroughly until the dressing evenly coats all components
Place a large spoonful of mixture along one edge of a tortilla
Fold both sides of the tortilla inward
Roll up tightly from the filled edge to form a compact wrap
Repeat with remaining ingredients


Notes

Use leftover grilled chicken or crispy fried tenders for the chicken. Keep romaine refrigerated until use for maximum crispness. Blind the cherry tomatoes if preferred for a smoother texture. Homemade croutons enhance flavor. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave before assembling to prevent tearing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
