Ingredients
Grilled chicken strips (4 oz)
1 small head Romaine lettuce (cored and torn)
3 tbsp Caesar dressing (non-alcoholic)
1/2 cup Parmesan shavings
4 whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Heat a cast-iron skillet until smoking; sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side for maximum char.
Brush tortillas with olive oil. Heat 10-15 seconds per side in the skillet until warm and pliable.
Layer 3 tbsp dressing, 2 tbsp chicken, 1 tbsp parmesan, and compacted lettuce on each tortilla. Fold edges inward and roll tightly to enclose.

A ridged grill pan can substitute if char patterns are desired.
