Description
A creamy, spicy dip with halal-certified chicken and smoked turkey bacon, blended with dairy-free cream cheese and buffalo seasoning. Perfect for celery sticks or chips with a velvety texture and balanced heat.
Ingredients
2 cups halal-certified shredded chicken (rotisserie)
1/2 lb smoked turkey bacon (plant-based optional)
16 oz vegan cream cheese alternative
1/2 cup alcohol-free buffalo sauce
1/2 cup vegan ranch alternative
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare baking dish.
Cook and shred chicken; refrigerate until cool enough to handle.
Dice turkey bacon into bite-sized pieces.
In a large pot over medium heat, combine softened cream cheese alternative and buffalo sauce. Whisk until fully melted.
Add shredded chicken, diced bacon, and half the ranch alternative to the pot. Stir until mixture reaches 160°F internal temperature.
Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and vegan ranch alternative over the mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
