1 tsp salt

Instructions

Finely mince garlic using a microplane
Chop fresh parsley leaves coarsely
Combine melted butter, garlic, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Stir mixture until ingredients integrate fully
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
Place in sealable bag or airtight container
Pour marinade over chicken, turning to coat evenly
Refrigerate uncovered to allow browning
Minimum 30 minutes, maximum 4 hours for optimal flavor
