Description

Juicy, smoky chicken breasts baked to perfection with a dry rub and tangy BBQ sauce. Portioned for easy grab-and-go meals, this recipe is ideal for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3/4 cup non-alcoholic, vinegar-based BBQ sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
Whisk garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil in a bowl
Coat chicken breasts evenly with seasoning mixture
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place seasoned chicken in greased 9×13-inch baking dish
Bake 35 minutes until chicken reaches 160°F (71°C)
Brush with BBQ sauce and return to oven
Bake 10 more minutes until glossy
Let rest 10 minutes, then cut into 4 portions
Store in airtight containers in refrigerator

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking
Freeze sauce-sealed portions for 2-3 months
Try Frank’s RedHot BBQ Sauce for a spicy kick
Avoid marinating over 24 hours to maintain texture
